Smoothies

Chef Patrick's fruit smoothie program educates students on the significance of fruits and vegetables with the assistance of his friends—Super Oxidant Man and Free Radical Raider. Students learn how these superheroes strengthen their immunity. He will also include an uncommon fruit that he can use for healthy messaging and fun facts.

These easy-to-make-at-home snacks offer a delicious burst of vitamins and energy.

Salsa

We all love our condiments, ranch dressing, ketchup, or mayonnaise - but salsa is a delicious option full of vegetables and avoids hidden fats and sugars. In this lesson, Chef Patrick shows the audience how to make different salsas with many of the same ingredients.

Stir-Fry

Experience the ultimate fast-food challenge - this one is packed with healthy vegetables! Chef Patrick's food demo challenges the notion that fast food only comes from drive-thru restaurants or take-out. He invites his friends, the Stir-Frys, to help demonstrate that fast doesn't have to mean unhealthy.
